03/12/2017 - Anniversary Walk

On the 1st of December 1887 the Bristol Home for Lost and Starving Dogs opened its doors to Bristol’s animals in need for the first time.

To celebrate our 130th anniversary, on the 3rd December 2017, we will be walking from our original site on Waterloo Street in Old Market, through Broadmead, to our current site on Albert Road. Along the way we will be collecting money to help us support Bristol’s vulnerable animals for the next 130 years!

Once we reach Albert Road, refreshments will be served. Dogs are more than welcome to join us on this Anniversary Walk!

The walk starts at 11am and we will be meeting at the corner of Waterloo Road and Trinity Street (BS2 0NT).

We would love for you to join us as we celebrate our anniversary!
