There are many different ways that you can help us, help animals in need.
We are delighted that the Bradley Stoke Mayor, Roger Avenin has chosen the RSPCA Bristol & District Branch as one of his mayoral charities for 2015/16.
The Bristol Dogs and Cats Home and the RSPCA Bristol Branch run two shops, raising vital funds for the animals in our care.
New in 2008, the on-site shop at the Dogs and Cats Home sells an exciting range of pet products, toys and accessories as well as greeting cards, gifts, drinks and confectionary.
Here you can purchase all you need for your new pet, plus great gift ideas to treat yourself and others!
Do visit our on-site shop next time you are passing or visiting. The shop is open between 10am-12pm & 1pm-4pm Tuesday to Sunday and closed on Mondays. There is also a free and convenient car park at the Dogs Home.
*The Gloucester Road Shop closed its doors in November 2014. We are very excited to be opening our new shop (located along East Street in Bedminster) very soon!
We are currently unable to accept any donated stock as we have no place to store it safely at the moment, but as soon as we have the space we will be most grateful for your donated goods to sell. Please check this page for updates. We are now looking for some lovely volunteers to join our shop team, please see the support us page for more details.
Our charity shop sells a selection of high-quality used goods at very reasonable prices, from toys to clothes and home-wares, there is something for everyone.
The shop will welcome donations of clothes, jewellery, toys and bric-a-brac but is regrettably unable to take electrical goods or large items, such as furniture at this stage (although we hope to be able to accept these items soon too!)
If you have time to spare on a regular basis, enjoy meeting new people and want to help animals in need, then why not become part of our friendly team of shop volunteers?
